Dinuy will be present at the Light & Building 2022 fair

After more than two years without the organization of international events and fairs, in this new Light + Building Edition 2022, DINUY will be exhibiting again.

In this very special year, as it is its 75th Anniversary, DINUY will exhibit, at the Light + Building, all the products in the catalog of KNX and conventional products, including the latest developments, within the Solutions for building automation.

Among the new products in KNX, is an Actuator with Switching and RGBW dimming outputs. Thanks to this, a single device will allow the switching of loads, the control of blinds or Fan-coil and the dimming of RGBW LED strips. In addition, this same device will incorporate 12 Binary/Analog Inputs.

In addition, within this same KNX catalogue, two new Proximity Buttons will be presented allowing the switching of loads without physical contact with the surface of the glass

On the other hand, the movement detectors in Black and Silver colors incorporated into the family this summer will be presented. With its own manufacture and design, responding to new trends in decoration and interior design, these new and unique finishes for movement detectors in Black and Silver will offer new solutions for interior designers, architects and prescriptions in general expected for their hotel projects, restaurants, offices, shops, homes, etc.
In addition to all the new products, taking a new step in the digitalization of the company, DINUY has developed its BIM catalog with more than 50 references. From its own website or from the Trimble or Mepcontent platforms you can download these formats. BIM (Building Information Modelling), a real-time collaborative work system, whose main objective is the creation and management of a construction project. Its objective is to centralize all the project information in a digital information model created by all its agents and allows to speed up the installation design process digitally.

The benefits of BIM go far beyond the planning and design phases, encompassing the entire life cycle of the building. Thanks to the data contained in the BIM files, the registration of each component is much more efficient, improving accessibility, responsibility, and project management, having control of all phases of the project.
