Process and Methods Manager

We are a relevant company in the electronics sector, which develops and manufactures locally, and we need to incorporate a person with analytical skills, leadership skills and good interlocution for the position of Process and Methods Manager at our plant in Gipuzkoa.

FUNCTIONS:

  • Reporting to the Plant Management, your performance will be mainly focused on:
  • Collaborating with Industrialization in Phase 3 of the Design, analyzing possible assembly problems in manufacturing.
  • Analyzing together with Industrialization tooling needs for the testing of new products, as well as for the improvement of production processes.
  • Defining and documenting methods and times optimizing manufacturing stages and new manufacturing processes.
  • Analyzing, defining and implementing process improvements to optimize the performance of the production centers and monitor the modifications.
  • Analyzing work center loads.
  • Reduction of set-up times.
  • Implementing digitalization / Industry 4.0 and ensure productivity in the assembly workshop.
  • Calculation of Ratios and MTM.
  • Training the necessary personnel in the assembly and control of new products.
  • Collaborating with the Quality and Environment Department in the development, monitoring, control and review of the quality and environmental procedures specific to their process.
  • Taking care of their own continuous training and that of their collaborators according to the needs of the company.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Training in Process Engineering.
  • Experience of at least 3 years in similar positions in industrial companies, valuing sectors related to electricity and electronics.

WILL BE VALUED:

Knowledge of English and Basque will be valued, as well as complementary training in standardization, lean production and improvement systems.
